Customer Success Manager
£40-45,000 Per Anum - Plus £20,000 OTE
Manchester - Hybrid
A rapidly expanding, global cyber security technology business is looking to hire a highly motivated Customer Success Manager to manage and develop their clients across Manchester.
Day-to-day Requirements:
- Working with a portfolio of customers to achieve maximum value from their investment
- Identify & develop growth opportunities
- Manage & retain clients through renewal process
- Liaise with Support/Development team to improve software
- Learn the software and be able to demonstrate at a high level
- Identify clients pain points and frustrations and be able to offer advice and resolutions
Successful candidates must be:
- Experienced in a Customer Success or commercial account management role at a technology business
- Confident & engaging
- Commercially minded, with the ability to identify growth opportunities
- Organised and efficient with the ability to work autonomously
- An exceptional communicator
- A Strong team player
- Able to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
- Self-motivated with drive and ambition to meet & exceed targets
