About the opportunity:
We are the internal recruitment partner for our client, a market-leading web-based business intelligence & data tool for investors in the renewable energy / clean power market.
An exciting NEW opportunity has arisen for a highly proactive and dynamic Customer Success Manager to take ownership of the management and ongoing support of their new and existing customers to maximize their usage and engagement with the platform.
The Customer Success Managerwill be at the forefront of maintaining and enhancing relationships with existing subscribers, providing training and guidance, promptly actioning customer requests, and advising on platform advancements. Your knack for identifying opportunities to expand their user base will be invaluable to their exponential growth.
In addition to nurturing existing relationships, you will be tasked with supporting the onboarding of new clients, setting up new subscribers in the CRM tool and hosting training sessions with new users. You will also play a crucial role in client retention, notifying customers of their upcoming renewals and efficiently managing the subscription renewal process.
Joining a rapidly expanding start-up, your role will include various ad hoc tasks to support the wider business including sales support, event coordination, and social media management, so a hands-on, flexible approach is a must!

Requirements
Who we are looking for:
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Proven experience within a Customer Success Management / Account Management role.
- Relevant industry experience, ideally within the energy or financial services sector.
- Working experience within a subscriptions-based model, managing a high value subscriptions book.
- A good understanding or knowledge of the US market would be beneficial.
- IT literate with proficiency across Microsoft packages.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to forge strong business relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly resilient and adaptable, ability to adjust your approach and communication style.
- Highly proactive and self-motivated with a can-do attitude and a keen willingness to learn.
- Must live within a commutable distance to London.
