Your role will involve utilising your exceptional presentation skills, strong interpersonal capabilities, and dedication to delivering outstanding client experiences.
In this role, you'll be at the heart of operations, ensuring client satisfaction and maximizing the value they receive from legaltech platforms. Here's what you'll be doing:
Client Management ??:
Be the primary point of contact for your assigned client law firms.
Build strong relationships and understand each team's unique needs.
Demo Superstar ??:
Masterfully showcase the benefits of Avail Title to Partners, Paralegals, and everyone in between.
Make tech enjoyable for clients.
Onboarding & Support ???:
Be there for clients from day one.
Provide lightning-fast responses to their needs.
Data Analysis ??:
Dive into data to enhance the client experience.
Identify areas for additional value.
Retention and Milestones ??:
Maintain retention and growth goals across your client base.
Client Advocacy ??:
Champion improvements across our product suite.
Filter and relay valuable feedback to the Product team.
