Hours-37Hours Role Overview: Reporting to the Customer Support Team Leader UK, the Customer Support Coordinator role involves managing transactional activities associated with customer relationship management. This includes resolving customer issues, managing inquiries received via the website or e-commerce system, and ensuring customer satisfaction in line with our Customer Engagement System.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle general customer queries, order processing, and order book management
- Proactively manage stopped/restricted vehicles and customer-identified spares
- Transactional management of reports – imminent failures and potential back orders
- Support the development and delivery of internal and external customer-related KPIs
- Contribute to business/process improvement activities
- Monitor the working area for safety, identifying and reporting any unsafe situations or hazards
- English and Maths to O level/GSCE S standard
- Customer service experience within a transactional environment
- IT literate with good knowledge of Google software packages
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong team player with good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work to deadlines and deliver sustained problem resolution
