Vanrath are working with an Innovative EV Company, assisting them with the recruitment of a Customer Service Advisor individual. The company has invested heavily in public Electrical Vehicle charging network infrastructure throughout Northern Ireland. Fantastic company to work in.

This is a Monday - Friday (9.00am - 5.00pm) position - Permanent position

This role will be based in the company's state of the art Dargan Crescent (North Belfast) office..

Salary

£23,000 + other Additional Benefits (Top Company) + Fantastic work benefits and Environment

Responsibilities

• Promptly and professionally responding to customer inquiries through various channels, such as phone, email, and chat.
• Effectively addressing customer concerns and working with internal teams to find solutions.
• Ongoing training and knowledge of EV products and services, as well as assisting customers with the ordering process.
• Basic technical support, troubleshooting, and gathering customer feedback
• Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Educating customers about the advantages of EVs, working with the sales and technical teams to provide a smooth and satisfactory customer experience.
• Follow health, safety, and company policies.

The Ideal Person

• Proven experience in customer service with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Skilled at analysing and resolving customer issues, can adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft applications..
