It’s an exciting time to join the Adult Social Care team at Stoke-on-Trent City Council, with an opportunity to join a dedicated team to deliver a Data Systems Transformation and Quality Improvement Programme.
We're recruiting 2 Data Admin Officers who will play a crucial role in delivering these improvements.
The role of Data Admin Officer will be to:
• Resolve data quality issues in the LAS and ContrOCC systems
• Report any anomalies found in the data
• Report findings and the number of resolved issues on a daily basis Essential requirements:
• This is a home-based role but there may be an occasional requirement to attend the office in Stoke-on-Trent
• Competent with IT systems
• Effective communicator Desirable experience:
• LAS/ContrOCC experience • Experience in business/service improvement
