Key roles and responsibilities for Administration / Support Officer
- Supporting area managers in the delivery of their services
- Dealing with all incoming messages from the workforce, councillors, members of the public
- Keeping all the record clear and accurate
- Dealing with face to face & telephone queries
- Administer various staff records systems; sickness, holiday and personnel details
- Providing support with invoice processing, and use of civica financial system
- Creating, preparing and modifying documents
Minimum requirements for Administration / Support Officer
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Packages
- Ability to use office equipment; fax, photocopier
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to plan and priorities work load
- Highly organised
- Ability to work under pressure
Pay rate: 11.98 per hour
Working hours:
Monday - Friday
09:00 - 17:00
