Data Administrator Job description Position: Full time / Permanent Hourly Rate: Location: Head Office Wigan Application Deadline: 30 days Overview Due to expansion in our data team, we are looking for a Data Administrator to help deliver on all aspects of our work. We are a small and friendly team, and the prospective candidate would be given the time and support necessary to help them fit into this role. The role as Data Administrator involves thorough use of EMIS Web, SystmOne and Microsoft office suite, with a good mixture of both team collaborations and individual working. The successful candidate will be working closely with other members of data team and the practices, to provide organisational and administrative support to facilitate the delivery of targets within SSP Health. The individual should have the following skills in: o EMIS Web/SystmOne - preferrable o Understanding of clinical coding o Understanding of how GP practices function o Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook etc) o IT competency (The role requires a significant amount of IT usage) o Good communication skills o Time Keeping and Management The role includes close interaction with all SSP Practice staff and managers in order to support accurate data coding and target-based achievements.
