This is a great opportunity for a Data Administrator to become part of a Carbon and Energy Consultancy based in Manchester. You will join a fast growing and dynamic consultancy that offers a range of carbon and energy solutions to assist their clients.

The successful Data Administrator will:

• Have experience with a TPI/Energy Broker/Energy Industry preferred.
• Be Microsoft competent.
• Live in Manchester or within a commutable distance
• Have Excellent communication and people skills.
• Have organisational skills.
• Be able to work in a team
• Have experience of using MS Office and be confident to learn how to develop their skills in this program

Job Responsibilities:

• To set up clients within our systems and maintain supply and contract data.
• To collect energy usage data and perform invoice analysis for clients.
• Import and upload energy bills and consumption data.
• To negotiate refunds, credits, and re-bills with Utility Suppliers, when needed.
• To engage and consult with utility suppliers to resolve any invoice and/or metering faults.
• To obtain non-utility data from clients and other third parties.
• Have a good understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to advise others about them.
• Consult with team members to ensure efficient and effective project delivery for clients.
• Upkeep of client records within all systems.
