Key Information

• Are you organized, detail-orientated and ready to join a dynamic team in the HVAC industry? Our client, a leading HVAC company operating nationwide, is seeking a diligent Data Entry Administrator to join their Manchester office.
• Salary: £11.68 per hour PAYE PEO (Increasing to £12.83 per hour from April 1st)

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately inputting and updating data into company systems and databases
• Ensuring data integrity and compliance with company standards
• Assisting with administrative tasks as needed to support the efficient operation of the office
• Communicating effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and projects

Qualifications and experience

• Proficiency in Data Entry and database management
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in an administrative role preferred
• Knowledge of HVAC industry terminology and processes is a plus
