Here at Saint-Gobain PAM, we're looking for a Data Analyst to join our Supply Chain team in Ilkeston. Mon-Friday, hybrid working model 35 hrs per week.
This is a brand-new role within the team so you'll have full autonomy in this role and will be given a chance to shape this.
As a Data Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to enhance supply chain efficiency and drive data-driven decision-making. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyse supply chain data, and recommend improvements to boost performance while minimising costs.
What will I be doing?
You'll work closely with Customer Service and Supply Chain Manager to supply data and reports as required. Also work with finance teams to align financial data to supply chain data. Close liaison with CSD, PAM Manufacturing and finishing plants, stock ground and logistics contractors.
What will I need to be considered?
- A solid background in data analytics.
- Ability to build effective dashboards from the ground up.
- Good experience of Power BI, SQL Server, and other tools
- Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience of utilizing statistical techniques for forecasting future trends and outcomes.
- Able to develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively present findings.
