Member Data Analyst

Your new role
This role is to maintain the integrity of and report on data to maintain accuracy for the administration team. This will be a mix of analysing outputs and rectifying issues in both routine and ad hoc reports.
It is vital for this role that you have the ability to report, analyse and understand Pension Scheme data.

• Ensure data changes have been made correctly and are fit for purpose.
• Able to create and check automated calculations
• Support data quality scores in accordance with statutory measures and internal KPIs
• Responsible for processing hard copy requests
• Support the administration and project teams with data queries and requests
• Undertaking testing on the system
• Identify opportunities for improvement in procedures, processes, and standards and be able to support the implementation.

What you\'ll need to succeed

• It is essential you will have experience in pensions and an excellent understanding of pension administration calculations and data requirements
• The ability to communicate at all levels within the organisation and with external partners.
• Diagnostic, analytical and process skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong IT and Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
