An exciting opportunity has arisen at Medvivo for an Operational Data Analyst to join our team on a full time, permanent basis. The successful applicant will work as part of the established Medvivo BI team, working side by side with our BI leads as well as technical and compliance colleagues As an Operational Data Analyst within our IT team, you will be responsible for ensuring high quality, accurate data is maintained to ensure that our Operational, Clinical and Support teams are empowered to make informed decisions, service improvements and drive efficiencies. Ensuring data is accurately maintained Promptly identifying data discrepancies and working with stakeholders to establish cause and implement remediation where appropriate Offer first line support and assistance to internal and external stakeholders with established reports and dashboards Assist in the compilation of regular reporting packs ensuring requirements are met and data presented is consistent throughout Present data in several formats (charts, graphs, reports, tables and dashboards), supported by detailed insight You will form relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, to include Medvivo's Executive Management Team, Associate Director Team, BI Colleagues and external agencies. As a Data Analyst with experience in data management and a track record in data presentation, you will need to possess advanced Excel skills and have experience of using Microsoft Power Platform software. An understanding of multiple data-sources and importance of data quality Good understanding of data warehousing, structure and composition An understanding of SQL Server and SQL queries, data management, interrogation, analysis and distribution toolset Being able to support and develop Power BI reports with on-prem flat file/gateway and Cloud connectors Medvivo has been providing a range of health and urgent care services since 2004.
