Focused on robust IT infrastructure and supported by in-house IT Service Delivery and Digital teams, we are expanding our workforce.
We are on the lookout for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join us as an MI (Management Information) Administrator. As the MI Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing, analysing, and interpreting data files to facilitate the processing and analysis of information. The ideal candidate will possess advanced Excel skills, including Power Pivot and advanced formulas, along with proficiency in all aspects of Office 365. Effective communication skills and proactive problem management are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilise advanced Excel skills, including Power Pivot and advanced formulas, for data analysis.
- Manage and validate incoming documents (Excel, CSV, PDF) for continuity and accuracy.
- Handle Global Inboxes, correspond with clients, and provide feedback on file-related issues.
- Generate reports and dashboards to communicate key insights and trends to stakeholders.
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders and clients, providing updates on ongoing processes and challenges.
- Prepare business data reports and MI for the management team.
- Maintain awareness of regulations related to data handling, ensuring compliance with GDPR, FCA, SRA, and ISO 27001 guidelines.
Requirements:
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including Power Pivot and advanced formulas.
- Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
- Proficiency in all aspects of Office 365.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
- Knowledge of SQL server is desirable but not essential.
