ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a Data Analyst to join our dynamic, multi-disciplinary team in Scarborough. Reporting to the Senior Data Analyst, this role involves collaborating with stakeholders, leading end-to-end BI development, and driving advanced analytics initiatives. You will also:

ABOUT YOU

• 
  5+ years of experience in data-driven environments.
• Experience in specific functions (e.g., Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales/Commercial).
• FMCG/CPG experience or willingness to learn.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration or STEM.
• Digital and Data Skills:
• Proficiency in Power BI or similar tools (Microstrategy, Qlik, Tableau).
• Understanding of SQL and programming languages (Python, R, SAS).
• Knowledge of data warehousing and business intelligence concepts.
• Understanding of data governance principles.
• Nice to have: Experience with Azure Data Platform.
• Data Literacy and Communication:
• Ability to connect data to business insights for non-technical audiences.
• Translate non-technical requirements into technical/BI solutions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to actively listen and understand business needs.
• Change Management:
• Comfortable working with stakeholders of varying data experience.
• Ability to explain data concepts in an approachable and compelling manner.
