Data & Analytics Manager - Children's Residential
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum

Compass Corporate Services are proud to be working exclusively with an ambitious children's education and residential provider, that have extensive plans for expansion in the coming years. They currently operate over 50 homes and 3 schools across England. Together we are seeking a Data & Analytics Manager to supplement their growing digital team.
Our client focuses on bridging the gap between education and care by effortlessly combining them together. Providing care, education, and therapeutic support to young people where needed. These young people will often have an experience with complex trauma, difficulties within education settings, mental health issues, learning difficulties, or neurodevelopment disorders.
The role will report directly to the Head of Digital, while also working closely with the operational and central functions to assure all business needs are met. As Data & Analytics Manager you will be the architect behind the data infrastructure, tasked with streamlining the processes and allowing the business to become more efficient and data led. You will guide the business toward an understanding and definition of what they want to aid future growth plans. It is envisaged that this is a full-time permanent role.
Location
The role is based remotely, with minimal travel to Derbyshire required when necessary.
Essential Criteria:
Qualification in Analytics, Computer Science, or related field (otherwise equivalent practical experience) is necessary.
Independent health & social care background, with experience handling sensitive data.
A history of success in Business Intelligence and experience in operational reporting is necessary.
Experience with analysis and creation of data pipelines, data architecture, ETL/ELT development, and with processing structured and unstructured data (Azure Data Factory is desirable).
A sturdy understanding of SQL and data warehousing.
Comprehensive knowledge of visualisation tools (Excel, Power BI is desirable).
Previous experience in person management is also desirable.

Interview Process
The first stage of the interview process will be a teams call, subsequently followed by a second stage face-to-face interview.
