Duties and Responsibilities: - Data input requirement by following the program techniques & procedures
- Assist in answering phones and schedu-ling appointments
- Preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
- Enter data and documents into custom data-base
- Creating, formatting and editing documents
- Perform any other duties as required
- Monitoring and keeping records
Skills and Qualifications: - Good attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- 1-2 years of previous administration experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong service focused with strong inter-personal skills
- Good practical experience MS Office, Excel and Power Point
