Data Input Administrator- Danesfort

We are currently recruiting a Data Input Administrator for our well established client in Belfast (Stranmillis area)

Hours of work: Mon- Fri 9-5
Rate of pay £13.02 per hour

Job duties:

* Scan documents into electronic format or filing paper documents into storage systems.
* Review documents for accuracy.
* Maintain security of confidential information by following data security procedures.
* Review documents for scanning errors and rescanning them if necessary.
* Strong administrative and organisational skills with ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
* Work in a team environment and/or independently with minimal supervision.
* Ensure files are properly classified, named, and saved in corresponding drives.
* Keep a record of documents retrieved, scanned, saved, and destroyed.

Essential criteria

• Post-secondary education
• Administration experience in a busy office environment (1 year minimum)
• Experience is the use of Microsoft office
