The team
As part of the service delivery team, we represent the reporting and office aspects for the department. We produce reports internally and externally and we support the team by managing the office.
Our work is customer service focused and seeing the impact we have on the lives of people we support is what brings us to work each day. We collaborate and support each other, sharing expertise and best practices and innovating to deliver world-class customer experience.
The role
The role’s main responsibilities will be to support the data team with their procedures. This will be processing regular reports and completing tasks within set timescales.
You will need to follow defined processes to ensure accurate information and reports are provided to internal and external stakeholders. You will be engaging in a variety of tasks aimed at broadening your skill set.
What you’ll do
- Supporting with office management.
- Respond to queries regarding processes and liaising with stakeholders, when necessary.
- Completing daily and weekly reports to send internally and externally.
What you’ll bring
- Strong interpersonal skills and written skills.
- Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.
- Good IT skills (Microsoft Office suite, Internet, use of databases).
- Excellent organisational skills.
