Harnham is hiring a Data Management Lead for a charity that is undergoing a massive transformation project. The role involves leading a small team within Data Management through a migration project while helping with ad hoc requests.

THE COMPANY:

This role is for a charity that is undergoing an IT transformation project. The organization has invested heavily in Data and has built up a friendly and collaborative culture. The Data Management team is an established team in the organization that they are looking to grow after the transformation project. This is a great opportunity to have a significant impact on an organization that has a positive social impact.

THE ROLE:

As a Data Management Lead you will helping guide a small Data Management team of 4 people through this IT project. Most of the Data Management work is on the payment data so this role so this is a vital hire for the organisation. While leading the team you will also organise and run training across different teams in the charity alongside the Data Owners.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

The ideal Data Management Lead will have experience managing a team within Data Governance/Management and will have strong communication skills. Any experience working with Payment Data or working at a Charity is desirable for this role but not a requirement.
