Data Manager

(Hybrid / Remote) Seeking a BDP Data Manager to lead and implement effective data management practices. This role is pivotal in aligning data operations with strategic objectives, overseeing the integration of new data management tools, and ensuring a seamless transition to standard operations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic implementation of data operation practices, ensuring alignment with program objectives.
• Oversee the introduction of new data management tools, developing processes that underscore data's strategic importance.
• Advocate for high-quality data use in organisational decision-making, collaborating with stakeholders to embed data-driven insights.
• Develop and manage a governance framework to maintain data integrity, privacy, and compliance, aligning with legal standards.

• Establish policies for master data and lifecycle management, ensuring data consistency and compliance.

• Proven ability to design and implement data management processes, with a strong background in change management.
• Experience in master data and lifecycle management, with a focus on ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Advocacy for the strategic use of data, with skills in facilitating workshops to improve data literacy.

Qualifications and Experience:
