Overall purpose of the role
Barclays are currently recruiting for a GDPR Case Manager to be responsible for managing customers Data Subject Access Requests (DSAR). These cases are often of a complex nature within strict regulatory timescales.
The role will require you to liaise with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a world class service for our customers, while working within strict regulatory guidelines.
Key Accountabilities:
Manage a portfolio of customer cases ensuring your cases are completed within strict regulatory SLAs
Adhere to all regulatory and internal processes and controls
Ensure stakeholders are kept informed and act as a conduit between stakeholders and business areas
Adhere to quality control discipline, procedures and checks at all times
Key Skills:
Able to work constructively and manage relationships across a diverse range of stakeholders.
Solving complex problems and providing appropriate advice to a range of audiences.
Identifying and implementing process improvements in a regulatory or governance context.
Managing a portfolio of projects and responsibilities.
Desirable skills:
A knowledge of GDPR or working within a regulatory role
An understanding of using Data to simplify and improve processes
