Description
- Administer the process of Debt Recovery for clients.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate case completion.
- Maintain accurate records of all case dealings.
- Stay current with changes in law related to Debt Recovery.
- Assist in the preparation of legal documents.
- Ensure all client communications are handled professionally and promptly.
- Participate in team meetings and provide updates on case progress.
- Contribute to the overall team performance by sharing knowledge and best practices.
Profile
A successful Debt Recovery Administrator or Paralegal should have:
- Experience in a similar role within the professional services industry.
- Strong knowledge of legal procedures and regulations related to Debt Recovery.
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using legal software and other standard office software.
Job Offer
