Decontamination Service Manager, Band 6

The post holder will assist the Service Lead & Head of Services in providing an effective and efficient Decontamination service. They will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the Sterile Services Department and Endoscopy Decontamination Service. Ensuring a high quality service is maintained in accordance ISO13485:2016, and Medical Devices Directive, while using HTM 01-01 and HTM 01-06 as guidance..

ILM Level 3 or above in management

Recent suitable middle management experience (Band 4 or above) for a period of 5 years or recent suitable middle management experience (band 5 ) for a period of 3 years or recent suitable middle management experience (band 5) for a period of 2 years

The post holder should have a full range of IT skills (Inc. Microsoft Office and Excel) to meet the needs of the department and be able to collate/present technical data for discussion.
