We have an exciting opportunity for a Demand Governance Lead to join our Team.

Looking for a strong PMO/Governance Lead who can:

• Conduct demand reviews and align with operational scope for accurate delivery dimensioning.
• Establish and oversee demand Profit and Loss (P&L), driving Program P&Ls aligned with the annual operating plan.
• Identify Opex-to-investment needs for demand delivery and establish SLAs, KPIs, and delivery methodology.
• Set up a new PMO for demand and delivery, defining governance and operational protocols.
• Work independently to improve reporting efficiency and devise innovative solutions.
• Implement strategies for PMO function establishment, clarifying structure, roles, and responsibilities.
• Create business cases, recruit teams, and expedite the transition to a single source of truth (Siterra).
• Lead the transformation of Delivery, delivering improvement initiatives, and managing transformation plans.
• Collaborate with the Demand team for effective demand flow and prioritize work for maximum revenue delivery.
• Monitor partner performance, create feedback loops for improvements, and ensure optimal resource allocation.
• Lead data cleansing, champion internal Demand P&L reporting, and maintain consistent financial reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement across reporting aspects of Operations Delivery.
• Define project selection criteria and project governance framework for Project Portfolio Management.
• Support Head of Delivery in resource allocation, capacity planning, and efficient project delivery.
• Assist in strategic management of ADC/ADC+ partners and monitor delivery performance.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for project and portfolio performance monitoring.
• Regularly report on project status, lead customer and partner meetings, and manage risks and issues.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, implement change management processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Develop and lead a team of project management professionals, building trust and credibility across the business

The successful Demand Governance Lead will have:

• Proven experience in establishing PMO function from scratch.
• Demonstrable experience of transformation.
• Evidence of leading and inspiring PMO teams.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• A transformational leader, committed to change.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Prince 2 Practitioner or similar
