A bit about the role...

Day to day, your responsibilities will include reporting directly to the Head of Supply Chain and Procurement. This role requires active collaboration with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders. Your primary goals will involve adding value to the Demand Planning process, ensuring exceptional customer service, and implementing cost optimization strategies throughout the supply chain. If you possess the expertise and enthusiasm for this position, we eagerly await your application! In addition to this:

• In your role, you'll lead and develop a team dedicated to managing Costa CCEP, CCH, and MENA Franchise Partners, ensuring effective long, mid, and short-term forecasting and Demand Planning for coffee FG and consumables within monthly deadlines.
• You'll take ownership of and ensure the accuracy of the Demand Plan, actively challenging assumptions that may hinder effectiveness.
• Your focus will be on building a winning team capability and culture through talent management and coaching.
• You'll collaborate closely with Commercial Marketing teams, incorporating insights from the activity calendar into the base stat forecast.
• Working with Commercial Operational teams, you'll understand the impact of new store openings, product launches, and campaigns on demand, making necessary adjustments to plans.
• You'll validate the total trade base forecast by category and disaggregate it for focused months.
• Your responsibilities will include measuring and enhancing demand accuracy while effectively managing bias.
• Collaborating with Supply Planning, you'll implement hedging strategies to handle demand peaks and uncertainties like weather spikes and supply constraints.
• Your role will involve developing and maintaining data accuracy in Anaplan and reporting to support daily decision-making.
• You'll take charge of the Supply Review process and meeting (as part of S&OP), contributing valuable inputs to the S&OP process and the Demand Review.
