Role: Deputy Chief Finance Officer

Sellick Partnership are currently looking to recruit to a Deputy Chief Finance Officer for our NHS client in the West Midlands.
The Deputy Chief Finance Officer role is a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, and the successful post holder will provide support to the Chief Finance Officer in the delivery of Robust Reporting, Business Intelligence, and strategic advice to our client.
Key responsibilities for the Deputy Chief Finance Officer:
- Responsibility for the provision of high-quality information for both internal and external purposes
- Financial recovery and achieving value for money and greater efficiency
- Ensuring that finance and activity plans align with the priorities and strategies
- Develop finance and contracting models
- Maintenance of the systems Long-Term Financial Model and Strategy
- To develop and manage financial modelling
- To provide expert technical advice in a range of finance areas
- Oversee the budget setting, monthly financial process procedures as well as year end
Person specification for the Deputy Chief Finance Officer:
- Can demonstrate achievement in difficult financial environments and evidence delivery of effective financial planning
- Relevant senior level experience in the NHS
- Fully qualified
