Job Purpose
The Deputy Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring the Clients receive Outstanding care and for supporting the growth of the Business. To provide guidance and support to others at all times. Ensuring the Care Professionals are providing the highest quality service to Clients.
The Role
Supporting the Management team
Helping with Client Acquisition and initial Client set up. Provide care for Clients as required.
Developing good working relationships with Health and Social Care Professionals and others.
Onboarding Clients and being responsible for Clients with complex care needs.
Ability to manage medication, moving and handling, support visits with Care Professionals.
Provide support to on-call staff and be part of the on-call rota.
To be the weekend Manager on a rota basis with the other Assistant Managers
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all Key Players, Care Professionals, Clients, Client families and any other Home Instead contacts.
Have a thorough understanding of and belief in the Home Instead business model.
Ensure all work completed is of an outstanding standard.
Support with business audits, projects, and initiatives.
