This role requires an immediate start with a permanent opportunity available.
As the Compliance and Repairs Manager, you will be:
- Overall responsibility for Building safety & Fire Safety regulatory requirements
- Responsible for accurate and up to date KPI's reports with regards to Asbestos, Gas, Electric, Fire and Legionella risks.
- Manage and oversee Repairs and maintenance, building management/ cleaning and Compliance functions.
- Carry out inspection of works where required to help diagnose defects
- Manage void properties and ensure that works are scheduled
- Manage and champion H&S across the organisation
- Ensure KPI targets are met and maintained.
Experience / Qualifications:
- Experience managing external contractors and DLO PPM service
- Experience within social housing
- Knowledge of property maintenance, asset management and landlord regulatory compliance.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience managing Repairs and planned maintenance works.
- Previous experience managing the big 6 of compliance
As the Compliance and Repairs Manager, you will receive:
- £25-£30 per hour
