Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Deputy General Manager to join our client’s prestigious establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing high-end restaurants or 5-star hotel food and beverage operations in Central London. This role requires exceptional leadership skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Manage and train staff to uphold the highest standards of service and hospitality.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to maintain quality and consistency in food and beverage offerings.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Support marketing and promotional activities to enhance the restaurant’s reputation and drive business growth.
• Maintain inventory and manage budgets effectively.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a managerial role within a high-end restaurant or 5-star hotel food and beverage department.
• Strong understanding of Japanese cuisine and fine dining service standards.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
