Children's Deputy Manager requirements:
- Diploma Level 5 Leadership and Management or willing to work towards it
- Effectively lead a team of staff to enable the highest quality of care
- Strong experience working in a children home managing staff
- Strong staff supervision, managerial and communicational skills
