We have an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Nurse Manager in the Benwell area of Newcastle Upon Tyne, offering a competitive salary of up to £49,000 per annum at a GOOD rated home!
• Join a well-established care home operated by a leading care provider with a fantastic reputation
• Work in a medium-sized, purpose-built Nursing Home with an excellent reputation in the local community

• Be responsible for staff management, care plans, reviews, and meetings
• Undertake assessments of other staff and review care packages
• Build and maintain rapport with staff, residents, their families, and all external bodies

Skills/ Qualifications of the Deputy Nurse Manager
• RGN/RMN/RNLD with active PIN
• Proven track record of successful leadership
• Sound knowledge of CQC & NMC
• Dynamic & Enthusiastic , a great communicator
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop staff
