Deputy Service Manager Role Overview:
As a Deputy Service Manager, you will support the Service Manager as well as line managing a team to ensure the accommodation service is delivered to an excellent standard ensuring the safe management of the service for staff and residents.
You will work at our Martha House service which is newly opened in Haringey and provides intensive and long-term support to 12 adults with complex needs. Experience in a supervisory role in a similar background would be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure service compliance is upheld and contractual obligations are met
- Lead a team of staff providing support and guidance promoting good practice, problem solving, reflections
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders in the local community and representatives to enhance client-centered service delivery across agencies
- Deputise for the Service Manager when required and attend external stakeholder meetings such as contract reviews

What We Are Looking For – Person Specification:
- Experience in a supervisory role ideally working with clients with complex-needs or a charity background
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external parties
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of safeguarding, risk assessments and support planning
- Commitment to EDI, professional boundaries and effective collaborative working
