Through the use of their trauma-informed practice, they can help their young people reach their full potential and give them a chance at a brighter future.
We are currently accepting applications from Social Care Professionals, looking to progress in their career in the Dunleer, Louth area for the role of Deputy Manager. This post would be perfect for an existing Social Care Leader, or someone with 3 years experience in a children's residential to work as part of a team in providing the necessary care to vulnerable young people within their residential service.
To be considered for the role, interested applicants must meet the following criteria:
· A minimum level 7 qualification in Social Care or relevant equivalent
· Full, clean, manual driver's licence (valid in Ireland) desired
· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Social Care
· Knowledge of the Irish National Standards in Children’s Residential Centres
· Eligible to work in Ireland.
