Supported Housing Deputy Manager

Spelthorne

Permanent full time position 37.5 hours per week

 We are seeking a dynamic Supported Housing Deputy Manager to lead an intensive housing management and resident support service at two residential developments in Staines, working on behalf of Spelthorne Council. This critical role involves managing day-to-day operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee operations at two residential developments.
  • Provide top-notch customer service and support for homeless adults and families.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual commitments.
  • Lead and manage teams to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Utilise expertise to positively influence and support the team in delivering high-quality services.
  • Collaborate to shape the future success of the business.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with homeless adults and families is essential.
  • Proven experience in team management.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of supporting diverse customer needs.
  • Availability to work a 37.5-hour week, including weekends.
