Your team
We’re Karen Millen. Since 1981 we’ve been a household name and trusted brand. We’re known for elevated style and our reputation for fabric, finish, quality, and detail speaks for itself.
What you’ll be doing:
- Researching, developing, and designing knitwear ranges for Karen Millen including identifying key shapes for the season, colour, fabrication and building a range which offers choice for our customer base.
- Administrating the yarn library, approvals, managing samples in and out of the business, working on shoot camping planning, developing surface artworks and embellishments.
- Reacting to sales information and design commercially relevant fashion forward ranges.
- Keeping up to date with market trends and in turn liaising with the relevant factories and integrating this into design projects.
- Working with the technical team on initial fits.
- Building relations with suppliers and advising factories on direction, construction, key details, materials, and trims.
We want you to challenge the status quo, innovate and be open to trying new things. We’re always pushing boundaries. We want you to think big. Think creativity. Be bold. Be brave.
