Design Assistant - Accessories

A new temporary opportunity has just arisen for a Design Assistant to join this a luxury retailer based in central London.
The company is an iconic British brand with a large VIP following.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Selecting materials, ordering samples, generating floor plans, elevations and finish schedules,
- Maintaining inventory of on-going projects.
- Assist with the design of projects from conception through completion.
- Attend assigned meetings and project walk throughs – Keep accurate
notes, recap to group and follow through on all design changes.
The successful candidate will have prior design experience.
As a temp you will receive a competitive salary rate that is paid on a weekly basis as well as paid holiday and the opportunity to further your skills working in a creative and fast-paced fashion head office. You will also receive all overtime paid at a higher rate in this role so it could prove to be quite lucrative.
