We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide onsite/ on-call assistance to end-users within the organization’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Provide expert support for Microsoft Office 365 suite, including Teams, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Manage O365 cloud environments to ensure seamless operation and user satisfaction.
  • Deliver desk-side support for VVIP clients, addressing their unique requirements promptly and effectively.
  • Proficiently handle mobile device management and VPN support to facilitate remote access for users.
  • Provide assistance with printer support, ensuring efficient printing solutions for end users.
  • Perform installation, configuration, and deployment of operating systems and standard software for laptops and desktop computers.
  • Support audio/video conferences, including setup and troubleshooting of Crestron, VoIP, Skype for Business, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Execute desktop patch deployments to maintain system security and performance.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and interact effectively with users, providing clear guidance and support.
  • Ensure a positive user experience through proactive problem-solving and timely resolution of issues.
  • Work full-time from the client location, maintaining a strong presence and delivering exceptional support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in end user support roles.
  • Extensive expertise in Microsoft Office 365 suite, particularly Teams, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Proven experience in managing O365 cloud environments and providing desk-side support for high-level clients.
  • Strong knowledge of mobile device management and VPN support.
  • Familiarity with audio/video conference systems such as Crestron, VoIP, Skype for Business, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Experience with desktop patch deployment and operating system/software installations.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) preferred.
