SalaryMy 5* developer are seeking a Development Coordinator to ensure the developer carries out its contractual responsibilities for coordination of bid, proposal, planning application details and construction.
Responsibilities:
Attend bid launch/ design team and planning stage meetings to agree accountabilities
Support the technical manager through the technical process for various live sites
Liaise with consultants & sub-contractors regarding the construction process
Research available planning/ technical information
Process design information and maintain document control and issue (Via Project +)
Review design and specifications for alternatives to provide added value
Monitor release of design information against agreed programme
Manage design interface between packages
Produce weekly design reports
Coordinate utility services search and obtain new connection and diversion budget quotations
Assist in the identification of risk and production of risk registers.
Co-ordinate planning applications content and contributors
