An opportunity to assist the Development Finance Business Partner with all aspects of Development Finance for a social housing organisation. Key aspects of the role include keeping Fixed Asset and Other Assets registers up to date, performing monthly control account reconciliations, including property stock movements, and providing support to the Development team in meetings.
What you will be doing...
You will be maintaining and updating UNIT 4 Fixed asset register for property movements, updating additions, transfers and disposals within the fixed asset register as appropriate. Responsible for reconciling monthly property stock movements and supporting the DfFP to produce monthly management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations for Homeownership and Development activities, including journal preparation, reconciliations and investigation as appropriate in order to produce meaningful and accurate management accounts.
Supporting the DfFP in preparing regular reconciliations of development expenditure and income against approved scheme budgets. Supporting the DfFP and Technical Reporting Accountant in production of the year end draft statutory accounts. In addition, you will be supporting the annual statutory audit cycle via the provision of robust data and business insight.

* Salary - the spot salary for this post is £36,750 per annum for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post. Applicants, who do not meet all of the requirements of the post, will start 5% or 10% below the spot salary.
