SalaryOur fundraising team is growing, and you will play a part in redesigning our campaigns and increasing fundraising income from our current level of c.£800,000 a year, as we move towards celebrating the theatre’s 50th anniversary.
You will complete a team of four in the Development Department and will work alongside an engaged team across the organisation who are committed to fundraising and positive about its potential.
The Development Manager will work closely with the Development Director to develop and deliver RET’s fundraising strategy, predominantly focused on mid to major gifts from individuals and businesses as well as supporting fundraising efforts and co-ordinating relationships with trusts and foundations.
