As a Digital Account Manager, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, driving their success through tailored digital marketing campaigns and exceptional account management.
Position Overview
This position would be ideal for a talented and motivated Digital Account Manager adept at building strong client relationships, developing effective digital marketing strategies, and driving measurable results.
This role offers the chance to work closely with clients to understand their unique business objectives and implement strategies that maximise their online presence and sales
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Work closely with the Account Director to develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to each client's goals, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, design and build as well as content marketing.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, technical, and analytics departments
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to clients to demonstrate ROI and identify opportunities for optimisation.
Bachelor's degree in marketing
- Proven experience in digital marketing preferably in an agency setting.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute digital marketing strategies that drive results and meet client objectives.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, as well as experience with digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and others.- Highly organised with excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
