Digital Content Manager
Become a Digital Content Manager for a professional membership body within the financial services sector that focuses on banks, retailers and independent firms.
As the Digital Content Manager, your primary responsibility will be to elevate the brand's visibility and enhance audience engagement across all social media and digital platforms, including the website.
This is a hybrid role reporting to the Director of communications based in Liverpool Street.
Key responsibilities include
- Develop, overseer, and deliver Digital Content across all digital channels, encompassing the website, social media platforms, and interactive publications.
- Supervise the day-to-day activities and functionality of the social media channels.
- Implement strategies to enhance engagement with our members and stakeholders, fostering stronger connections and interactions.
- Collaborating with internal departments to co-create content and execute digital projects.
- Generating content ideas that align with current design and social trends, and pitching them effectively.
Key requirements
- Experience within the financial services background or membership / not-for-profit sector
- 4- years of experience in the Digital Content space.
- Proficient in utilizing web page management software and analyzing metrics to optimize performance.
- Brand-conscious and adept at cultivating audience engagement and growth.
- Exceptional writing abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient user of Adobe Suite and other digital design tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced IT proficiency and organizational abilities.
