Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Define and set up weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual integrated Content Planning process
- Create, update and align all tracker templates, with internal analytics team & external agencies
- Set up integrated content reporting templates and define how they are updated
- Help personally inject reporting into creative and ideation sessions
- Identify and track global sport brands, and selected other brands whose platforms and content are driving extensive or ground-breaking global engagement
- Define and review ground-breaking content streams and formats: on global brand owned and operated platforms, and F1 shared content, plus F1 partners & creators
- Identify and track ground breaking localisation and in-language stand-out opportunities
- Review global and stand-out Digital Platforms, and background on what underpins their engagements
- Review F1 Media crossover, and Rights-holder crossovers, to then define and suggest optimum collaborations
- Review activations across all F1’s own Digital Content areas:
- Channel crossovers; optimisation of assets per platform
- Commercial partner content standouts
- Brand alignment: optimum integration
- Target audience engagement
- Oversee project planning, budget alignment, project structuring and appropriate delivery, reporting
- Optimise on integrated Project Management Platform (Asana)
- Used across content and in digital video production
- Set-up on platform for content concept briefing process, including audience segmentation focus
- Plus production project definition, timelines,
- And integration with output tracking and reporting
- Help organise face to face sessions with digital team, key stakeholders
- Digital sport Content Planning, engagement and tracking
- Involvement in strategic planning, aligned with corporate objectives
- Engagement with senior stakeholders: internally and external
- Digital project management orchestration in multiple areas
- Deep proficiency in project management tools, spreadsheet and database software usage.
- Knowledge of multiplatform optimisation techniques
- Ability to work in both deep detail, whilst also being able to do step back reviewing of broader strategic evolutions.
- Ability to work under own initiative and prioritise work effectively on a series of simultaneous projects
- Apply sound judgement in the course of identifying and implementing the best possible project solutions, and advising senior F1 production staff accordingly
- Planning, briefing contractors, managing and overseeing outputs, delivering feedback and pushing ongoing improvements
- Project management tools, spreadsheet and database software usage.
