An excellent opportunity for a Digital Content Manager to join a thriving and highly respected Financial Services Based Membership Body.

The Role of Digital Content Manager

To increase the Membership Body’s online profile and audience engagement on social media and other platforms, including our website. Create, manage, and deliver Digital Content for the membership body’s various channels, including our website, social media, and interactive publications.   Oversee the daily use and operation of their social media channels. Increase engagement with our members and stakeholders.

Person Specification

Essential

Proven experience of: producing Digital Content, managing digital campaigns, increasing audience engagement

Skilled in the use and operation of social media – especially LinkedIn and Twitter

Skilled in the use of web page management software and metrics  

Brand-aware and creative, skilled at audience building.

Excellent writing skills with attention to detail

Experienced Adobe suite user – able to produce high quality content including publications, video, blogs, and marketing materials.

The ability to interpret complex issues with confidence and authority, and present them accurately and interestingly for a range of audiences – whether verbally, visually or in written form

Excellent communication and people skills

Advanced IT and organisational skills

Desirable

Financial services industry or trade association, membership body experience
