ASP is looking for a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player to take on a role within our growing support team. In this first-line support role you will play a major part in delivering customer success to our clients.
Our in-house built CMS is market leading software, and we need a team of experts who have an appetite to problem solve and deliver rapid responses for our customers around the world.
You will be responsible for supporting all our clients via our online ticketing tool (Zendesk).
The Support Executive will ideally have the following background and skills:
- Experience using a CMS system would be ideal
- Experience using our in-house CMS (SHOWOFF™) would be extremely beneficial
- Experience using Zendesk would be beneficial
- A good knowledge of websites and UX
- A knowledge of the events industry would be beneficial
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge
- Excellent time management
- Attention to detail
- Demonstrate the ability to work to tight deadlines and SLA’s
- Effective planning and prioritisation of workloads
- The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Impeccable customer service skills
Benefits:
- Salary: £18,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
