Knowledge / Experience
- Experience working at a similar level in a Financial Services organisation
- Good working knowledge of digital banking platforms and the technologies used to support them
- Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Digital client acquisition platforms (apply), 2FA technologies including SMS & Validsoft
- Good understanding of PKI (public Key Infrastructure) encryption and the provisioning of certificates to secure our digital channels
- Knowledge of Open Banking Channel
- Interacting with Vendor support for the resolution of issues within prescribed SLA’s
- Support and monitor critical applications including MSSQL, Online/Mobile banking services, Apache Tomcat & a good working knowledge of the windows server operating system
- Working within an ISO27001 Framework
- Develop and optimise service availability monitoring and alerting using SolarWinds
- Writing and executing SQL Queries, Stored Procedures, SSRS reports
- Configuration and integrations of Single Sign On Solutions (Oracle Identity Federation, Azure Active Directory)
Strong experience in one of the following areas required:
- Administration and use of ServiceNow, change, incident, problem, ITAM, ITSM
