Job Requirements
• One year of experience in a similar role working for a creative agency*
• Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
• Account Management Experience
• Ability to understand client needs and manage relationships
• Work well under pressure
• Work to tight timelines
• Portfolio demonstrating conceptual and strategic thinking
• Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent education*
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
• Experience using Meta Business Suite, TikTok, YouTube, X, Instagram, LinkedIn
• Experience with paid advertising platforms (such as Google Ads and Meta)
• Experience working with industry-standard project management systems

Job Remit
Content Creation & Management
Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to align content strategies with overall marketing objectives.
Create engaging and relevant content for various channels, including social media, email, and the company website.
Collaborate with the design team to create compelling and targeted content for campaigns.
Manage content calendars, ensuring timely and consistent delivery of content to target audiences.
Photoshoot Planning
Coordinate and plan photoshoots to create compelling visual content for marketing campaigns.
Work closely with photographers and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of photoshoots.
Community Management
Monitor social media channels and engage with client online communities, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner.
Foster positive relationships with followers and influencers to enhance brand advocacy.
Account Management
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a point of contact for marketing initiatives.
Conduct regular client meetings to understand business goals, provide updates on campaign performance, and identify opportunities for growth.
Analytics and Reporting
Utilise social media analytics tools to track the performance of campaigns, measure KPIs, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Prepare regular reports showcasing the impact of social media efforts on brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Paid Advertising
Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, and other relevant channels.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance, adjusting strategies to optimise ROI and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
