We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills and an ability to leverage data to increase sales, improve conversion rates and support own brand growth using marketing strategies and tools.
You will need proven experience with Google Analytics, running Google Ads campaigns, email marketing, PPC, social media ads, SEO and social media content management.
In return you will have the chance to head up our marketing department and take full ownership of a new and exciting part of the business.
Duties:
- Monitor and analyse website analytics.
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company's website and social media platforms.
- Manage and optimise digital advertising campaigns across various channels, including search engines, social media, and display networks.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth in the digital space.
- Create engaging content for website, blog posts, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience across all digital channels.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
- Proficient in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management platforms, and email marketing software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
- You will be supported by our online team and our inhouse design team.
An interest in surfing or the outdoors would be great, but is certainly not required.
Salary for this role is negotiable and dependent on the candidate.
The role will be based from our office in Plymouth, Devon
