Digital Fundraising and Marketing is critical for Simon Community NI to connect with current and new supporters and to communicate more widely and effectively the urgency of our cause. This position will support the Communications Manager, identifying, maximising and delivering all digital development opportunities for the organisation with a specific focus on community engagement and fundraising. The post-holder is responsible for implementing the digital communications plan to support the charity’s marketing and fundraising objectives. A key aspect of this role will be to constantly test fundraising content across all digital channels and to optimise results to maximise fundraising potential. The post-holder will be the main point of contact for internal teams for the day-to-day management of the website and development of new digital tools and platforms..

Educated to degree level in marketing or similar.Two years digital marketing experience.Experience in developing, deploying, and evaluating marketing and promotional campaigns.Experience in Website CMS systems, Google Analytics and Social Media.Strong project management experience and the ability to manage competing priorities.Full current driving licence or, if a disability prevents driving, an alternative means of transport to enable the duties of the post to be carried out in full. , CIM Qualified.Knowledge and experience of video and audio production and editing software, such as Adobe Premier Pro.Knowledge and experience of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.Experience of digital/online fundraising.
